Loudoun Basketball Academy

 Thank you for your interest in coaching with Loudoun Basketball Academy.

At LBA, we aspire to be an outstanding educational-athletic organization that provides a high-quality experience to every athlete. We want every athlete to be coached in a positive manner, to have fun at practices and games, to feel valued regardless of performance, to learn the skills, tactics, and strategies of the game and improve as a player, and to learn life lessons that carry beyond the court. We recognize that coaches are the people who make this happen! If you share our goal of creating a positive environment for the development of the complete player, on and off the court, we would love to talk with you.

Must have coaching experience to include AAU grassroots. Must pass background check and complete Positive Coaching Alliance training, abuse awareness and prevention training, and concussion training.  Sigma and Blue level coaches must obtain Gold Coach Licenses from USAB.   All training is organized and paid for by LBA.

We have Team Attack paid and volunteer Coach positions open for boys and girls, 3rd through 11th grade.

This registration is to help us learn a little more about you.  After completing this registration, our Program Director will contact you to discuss the coaching position in more detail.
